4. We Contact You

We will let you know whether assistance is approved, more information is needed, or your household has been waitlisted or referred to another resource.

5. Pick Up Your Firewood

Pickup at the Bethel Wood Bank wood yard is the standard distribution method. If you cannot reasonably pick up firewood because of transportation, age, disability, mobility, medical, or caregiving barriers, please tell us. Limited delivery may be considered but is not guaranteed.

An approved household may receive up to ½ cord in one distribution and up to 1 cord during the heating season.

Approval for one distribution does not guarantee another. Assistance depends on household need, available inventory, seasonal demand, and program capacity.
